FLC500 Shaker Screen, Pinnacle Screen for High Fluid Capacity
Replacement screens for FLC500 shale shakers combine proven mesh combinations with three dimensional structure to improve separation efficiency, meanwhile extend screen life. These screens are engineered to meet the exact design specifications of the FLC500 shale shaker and completely compatible to the one side tension system. Replacement screens are available in a various of mesh combinations to best suit the request of the drilling application.
As to the selection of shaker screens, it is the size of the screen openings, not the mesh count that determines the size of the particles separated by the screen. It is because of this fact that HDD system users should compare and specify screens based on their API 13C designation.
Features & Benefits
Increased shaker capacity | Compared to the PWP, Pinnacle screens increase the total amount of usable API non-blanked screen area by 105% and 184% on FLC 500 shaker. Fluid-handling capacity is increased up to 125%. |
Make fine separations | Pinnacle screens are capable of making separations as fine as 40 microns. |
Fits existing shakers | Pinnacle screens fit all 500 shakers, thus allowing for the most efficient use of existing equipment. There is no need to modify or replace the existing shaker. |
Screen finer faster | Utilizing Pinnacle screens enable shakers to screen 1 to 2 API sizes finer than traditional perforated plate flat screen panels. This maximizes the solids removal efficiency of the shaker. |
Drier cuttings | Pinnacle screens minimize fluid loss by dispersing thinner layers of fluid over an increased screen area, resulting in a more effective and faster drying capability. |
