Plug and unplug the brazing(As shown in the figure) is a special device for inserting the steel mesh into the casting body,It includes two processes: inserting and pulling the brazing. After fermentation and maintenance, the mold frame is removed, and the ALC panel is cut by the cutting machine.

Structure:

The Plug and unplug the brazing device is composed of Plug and unplug the brazing spreader, Plug and unplug the brazing spreader guide frame, mesh frame, Pommel horse shelf, steel mesh, bridge crossing device, push-pull trolley, cache frame, etc.

Plug and unplug the brazing spreader:

Plug and unplug the brazing spreader is made of steel and it has good rigidity and it is light；Two fixed pulley assemblies and one guide wheel assembly at each end, so that the insertion and removal of the spreader can work smoothly up and down；There are four cylinder locking devices under the plugging and pulling spreader, which grasp the mesh frame during the insertion and extraction of the brazing and accurately position it.

Plug and unplug the brazing spreader guide frame:

The Plug and unplug the brazing spreader is a gantry frame made of steel. There is a C-shaped steel at each end for guiding the Plug and unplug the brazing spreader. There is a set of winches on the top to control the plugging and lowering of the spreader.

Mesh frame:

The mesh frame is made of steel. The upper end has four supports for assisting the Plug and unplug the brazing spreader. There are two positioning pins at the lower end. The mold is positioned during the insertion process to allow the steel mesh to be inserted accurately；There are two sets of wheels on each side so that the mesh frame can walk on the cage.

Pommel horse shelf:

The main body of the Pommel horse shelf is made of H-shaped steel. There is a locking bolt at each end for fixing on the mesh frame. The hole on the saddle frame is for inserting the steel, and then the steel mesh is hung on the steel brazing.

Bridge crossing device:

The Bridge crossing device is composed of a profiled steel body, and each has a cylinder at each end for opening the bridge device and closing the buffer frame.

Push-pull trolley:

The push-pull trolley is a frame structure composed of steel and steel plates. There is a cylinder on each side for pushing the mesh frame from the buffer frame to the Bridge crossing device for Pluging the brazing, or waiting for the mesh frame to return to the bridge device. Pull it back to the cache frame.

For instance, the blade used in the pouring mixer was updated from a conventional single blade to a cross blade and flow diversion blade, and now the high speed double blade design results in higher stirring efficiency. The driving method is updated from belt drive to variable frequency drive as it is now directly connected. Besides, each connecting piece is fine finished by us.

Currently, SANKON has obtained 19 patents for components applied in our AAC cutter, mold, transfer cart for AAC block pre-curing and batching automatic control system.
