Description And Features

PVC pipe production line is mainly used for the production of irrigation water supply pipes and cable protection pipes in agriculture, construction and other industries, as well as the production of other pipes with different diameters and wall thicknesses.

Conical twin-screw extruder is a high-efficiency mixing extruder. The extruder has the characteristics of low shear speed, difficult decomposition of materials, uniform mixing, stable quality, large capacity, wide application range and long service life. With appropriate screws and auxiliary equipment, thermoplastic, especially hard PVC powder, can be directly extruded into tubes, plates, sheets, films or profiles, and can also be used for plastic modification and powder granulation.

The extruder is equipped with fault protection,overload alarm,constant temperature oil circulation system of screw core,barrel oil cooling system,vacuum exhaust pipe and quantitative feeding device.

There are a variety of electrical control systems to choos from(e.g. PLC automatic control system).It is driven by a DC motor.Througu frequency converter or DC governor,stable stepless speed regulation is realized,with high precision and energy saving.The intelligent double screed digital temperature controller is adopted to improve the control accuracy and temperature fluctuation.

Application

SJSZ series PVC conical twin-screw extruder is a special equipment suitable for extrusion molding of various PVC powders. Equipped with various molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profiles, decorative gusset plates and bars. And granulation. The cylinder is heated by cast aluminum heating ring and cooled by air cooling system. It has the characteristics of fast, uniform heat transfer and convenient operation and maintenance. The screw core adopts automatic circulating cooling regulation system to improve efficiency. The screw with the most reasonable structure can be prepared according to different formulations of users to achieve the best plasticizing effect. The reduction box and distribution box adopt bearing bush bearing, imported oil seal, and the gear adopts high-quality alloy steel nitriding treatment. The temperature control system adopts imported temperature controller, and the temperature control accuracy can reach 1 ℃. The speed regulation system adopts imported frequency conversion or DC speed regulation. The electrical system has various self diagnosis fault alarm functions and is equipped with current protection device.
