Machine description

QA-BB300 automatic channel letter bending machine is a multifunctional bending machine for metal coils, the machine equip with double bending head, one is for aluminum only, one is for steel.

The cutter knife is also separated, imported plane cutter for steel iron , round milling cutter for notching aluminum. The aluminum can have special edge, see attached photo.

When change different material, just need to change the bending head and also choose the suitable software for different material.

Equip with rolling feeding material, the built-in closed-loop control system, to realize the closed-loop control of the contour length, make sure to send the feed precision up to 0.1mm

The depth of groove is adjustable, relationship of setting time, convenient regulation processing of different thickness of the material, tool setting more convenient and fast

Linkage type shoot bending mode, the processed products of forming high degree, ultrafast processing.

5. Can read DXF,AI, plt vector file format, the same as laser cutting files. Much more convenient to work together with laser machines to finish the whole work of a channel letter.
