Introduction

Drilling Desilter is the third class solids control equipment to treat the drilling fluids. That is a centrifugal device for removing very fine particles, or silt, from drilling fluids to keep the amount of solids in the fluid at the lowest possible point. Usually, the lower the solids content of mud, the faster is the rate of penetration.

Our TRCN series Mud Desilter is composed of 10-12 φ125 polyurethane hydraulic cyclone and a small fine shaker combination, mainly used to remove the drilling fluid 20-40μm harmful solid phase. The usage shows that the equipment is designed to be reliable, workable mud removal effect. It is the ideal drilling fluid control equipment.
