Universal Conductor Resistance Fixture

1.Introduction

The universal conductor resistance fixture is a dedicated auxiliary device, which should be used in conjunction with a DC double-arm bridge (DC Resistance Meter), primarily for testing the conductor resistance of round copper and aluminum wires of various specifications with a calibrated length of 1 meter. This fixture can meet the the test requirements of IEC 60468, IEC 60245-2 clause 2.1 and IEC 60245-1 Clause 5.1.5.

To fully meet the requirements specified in the standards, the fixture adopts a screw-type quick clamping and releasing structure. Its voltage terminals and current terminals are equipped with independent mechanical structures, to ensure stable and reliable contact between the four-terminals and the tested samples.
