Zero Dynamic’s BLDC Motor Assembly, Sweeping Robot Motor Assembly Desktop Balancing Machine adopts soft support structure, and the corresponding fixture is designed for customer's products, which makes the clamping stable and firm and has better balancing accuracy and repeatability. The equipment adopts high-precision vibration sensors and customized data acquisition card, which can analyze the spectrum of the collected vibration signals and extract the characteristic information of the unbalance, including vibration amplitude, phase, and so on. Through the processing and analysis of this information, the size and angle of rotor unbalance can be accurately determined.
