1. Introduction of Contact IC Chip Data Initialization Machine YCIM-1

It is designed for writing the general data such as smart card module COS, initialized data and pre-personalized data in the contact IC chips/modules in the form of reel or tape. The equipment is developed with module design.

2. Basic Configuration of Contact IC Chip Data Initialization Machine YCIM-1

• 122 programming stations (YLD-B card reader) for both M2 and M3 contact IC chips.
• Intelligence control system
• Two standard pulleys for unloading
• 1 group of main writing head × 120 programming stations =120 programming stations
• 1 group of re-writing heads×2 programming stations =2 re-programming stations
• 2 punching stations for invalid modules × 1= 2 punching stations for invalid modules
• Two standard pulleys for loading
• 2 industrial control computers(motion controlling computer and data controlling computer)
• 3 TPLINK switches (48 interfaces)

3.Performance Index

Simultaneous working of 120 programming stations is supported by the module data writing structure.

The theoretical production efficiency of the system is as follows:

The data writing time for single module is 30 seconds, and the system speed can be more than 11000 pieces per hour.
